As a new type of bulletproof material, UHMWPE has been maturely applied to various fields, and LION ARMOR has developed from producing only standard bulletproof materials to a diversified UD cloth bulletproof material production plant with high-end, mid-range and standard models.

To further optimize the Group's industrial structure, two new UD production lines were new opening in 2022.
The factory of LION ARMOR Group has totally four automated UD fabric production lines thus far. Bulletproof materials are available in a wide range of area densities including UD material for soft armor and hard armor (50gsm, 110gsm, 120gsm, 130gsm, 140gsm, 150gsm, 200gsm and 250gsm). Available in standard ballistic protection, mid-range ballistic protection and high-end ballistic protection materials, Customers can choose the most suitable UD fabric depending on the weight/softness/price/marketing and any other requirement.
LION ARMOR Group adheres to the concept of providing customers with high quality ballistic protection products, strictly screening upstream fiber suppliers and ensuring a sampling rate of over 80% for each batch of fibers. Each batch of UD fabric has strict, scientific and standardized quality inspection standards from process, physical properties and appearance inspection. Each batch of UD fabric is tested in accordance to NIJ0101.06 standard.
The factory accepts all kinds of UD fabric specifications for customization. Ballistic plates, ballistic helmets, bullet-proof vests, shields, anti-riot suit and helmet accessories are all available for customization.
All products in LION ARMOR Group are well qualified with ISO 9001:2015, BS OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2015 and other related qualifications. The bulletproof testing are done in famous certified laboratory.
